Good products for skin care facial treatment for dry skin ... Help!?

Does anyone wash products, skin care to know (the face, lotion, etc..) For dry skin? I tried Sheer Cover and Heidi Klum. Sheer Cover love, but just not my skin - I have yet to make a mask every two days. Things that I hated Heidi Klum, I could not smell.
Suggestions? I'm going to spend the money, but I will not be too expensive.
